Terms of Service

Last updated: June 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of Frobly. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refunds policy.

TODO (legal): This is a plain-language draft to make the service's terms publicly available. Replace with counsel-reviewed terms, and fill in the controlling legal entity name, business address, governing law and dispute-resolution clauses before launch.

What Frobly is

Frobly is a tool for tracking recurring payments and getting renewal reminders. It helps you stay aware of your subscriptions. It does not cancel subscriptions for you, connect to your bank, or guarantee any particular savings.

Your account

Plans and billing

Frobly offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid plans are billed in USD through Stripe and are managed from inside your signed-in account. Pricing and plan features may change; material changes will be reflected on this site. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

Service availability

Frobly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Reminders are a convenience and should not be relied on as the sole means of managing your finances.

Limitation of liability

TODO (legal): Insert the reviewed limitation-of-liability, warranty-disclaimer, indemnity and governing-law language appropriate for your jurisdiction and business entity.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Frobly after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
