Cancellation & Refunds

This policy explains how Frobly's paid Pro plan is cancelled and how refunds are handled. The Free plan never charges you, so there is nothing to cancel. All paid prices are shown and billed in USD, processed securely by Stripe.
Cancelling Pro
- You can cancel your Pro plan at any time from inside your signed-in Frobly account.
- When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; it then reverts to the Free plan.
- Cancelling Pro does not delete your data — your tracked subscriptions remain available on the Free plan.
Refunds
If something went wrong with your billing, contact support@frobly.com and we'll help put it right.
TODO (business/legal): Define the final refund terms (e.g. refund window for first-time purchases, handling of accidental or duplicate charges, pro-rated vs. non-refundable periods) and replace this paragraph with the confirmed policy. Keep it consistent with what is configured in Stripe and with the Terms of Service.
Managing your billing
TODO (stripe): Once the Stripe Customer Portal is wired in the authenticated app, link it here so customers can view invoices, update payment methods and cancel from one place.
